3. Website Use
The User accepts not to operate or transmit information about their products, by any form or mean, except when stating that the product or service is offered by Pentaline®.
The User understands and accepts that Pentaline® cannot guarantee that the files available for download on the Website are free from infections or viruses, worms, trojan horses or any other codes that can cause damage or computer contamination.
The User is the sole responsible for having procedures and verification points in place to meet their private security needs.

Where the User is unhappy with the Website, its content or terms of use, the only solution will be to stop using the Website.
In cases where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damage is not allowed, the amount of such liability is limited to a maximum of € 100.00 (one hundred Euro).

Pentaline® reserves the right to limit or prevent any User from accessing any information on the Website, in case the company believes there is the chance the User account is being used for unlawful purposes.

9. General and final provisions
These terms of use are governed by the Portuguese law. Any lawsuit or proceedings against Pentaline for any purpose concerning these terms of use or the obligations arising from this contract must be filed with the Courts of
Vale de Cambra, waiving any other.
This regulation constitutes the set of standards that govern the relationships between Pentaline® and the Users.
If any of these standards is declared invalid by a relevant court, the other clauses will not be affected and remain effective.
